XeroQ has been in the industry for over 8 years, and we’re currently expanding our work with US-based clients.

 

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer who can support client-facing technical conversations and help us secure new project engagements. This role is mainly focused on joining technical discovery calls, interviews, and client meetings with potential clients.

 

In this role, you would:

• Join technical interviews, discovery calls, and client-facing discussions
• Communicate technical solutions clearly and confidently to potential clients
• Work closely with XeroQ’s sales, coordination, and operations teams throughout the client acquisition process

 

Compensation:

• Starting from $40 per hour.
• Increase hourly rate $5 per successful client engagement up to $90 per hour.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong DevOps/Cloud engineering experience
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP, and others
• Experience solving bottlenecks, automation, and scalability
• Strong English communication and client-facing confidence

 

The role is fully remote and flexible — works as a side engagement or long-term collaboration.
